What do we Do?

We are here to help you! We don't want any of our clients to be the one whose reflection shows up in the mirror on photos taken with their own phone.  Too much is at stake for that first impression for potential buyers and customers who view your property or business.  Our services are but a small investment that yield fast and exponential returns for you.

Real Tour Solutions provides a full array of photography for commercial and residential real estate and properties.  Our services are for capturing the eye of potential buyers for real estate agents,  showing off an existing business to attract more customers, or to provide images for a much anticipated Grand Opening. We do not simply stick a camera in the center of the room and push a button. You deserve more than that.

Each image is meticulously composed to bring out the best your business or property has to offer. Most of our images are captured using the HDR Technique. That is capturing anywhere from 3-9 images per shot then magically putting them altogether to create a scene that you simply can’t get in a single shot. Basic editing is included with every property photographed.

Pricing is for typical real estate sales which come with a focus on the overall property with and capturing unique characteristics the property have have. For commercial work, pricing will be quoted to you based on a combination of the size of the property and the specific details needed to be photographed.

Turn around times are generally within 24-48 hours of completion of photography.  However, each assignment will be quoted a specific completion time that we will meet or beat.  We understand things move quickly in the real estate world.  For larger properties more lead time is of course appreciated. If a client requests a deadline that we know we will not be able to meet we will respectfully decline the assignment.  No hard feelings. We know how important images are to getting a property on the market or a business ready for a grand opening. There may be many delays for such things, but we won't be one of them.

For our Real Estate clients, tours will be pushed out (syndicated) to multiple real estate and social media sites.
